Here are pics from my room (not too bad for $60 a night in Europe) and yes that's how small my shower was (but staying in a hostel and having a private shower is HUGE - so again - no complaints!)
Also is a pic of THE BULLDOG coffesshop in Leidesplein. One of the best for outdoor chilling. The really funny thing about this coffeeshop is that the building use to be the headquarters for the Amsterdam Police! How cool and ironic is that!! You can even go into the old jail cells and have a seat and chill out. VERY COOL!
